The 9 Planets of Vedic Astrology

The nine planets each rule different aspects of life and have different effects on the houses in which they are posited.

Here is a quick rundown of the planets & their associations with links to their pages:

is a traditional pendant with the nine gems set together. The center stone is always the ruby, as the Sun is the center of the solar system, with diamond at the 12 o'clock position and pearl, coral, hessonite, blue sapphire, cat's eye, yellow sapphire, and emerald going clockwise.
